How to contact support by chat
It is now possible to get assistance by live chat at Gandi during certain processes on our website.
To launch a chat with customer support:
- Please make sure that you are logged in under your Gandi account. If you are on our homepage, click on the “My account” link in the upper right corner.
- you will then see the chat form, which looks like this:
Before you can start, you must choose a “Department”. Choose “English” to chat with someone in our customer support team that speaks English.
If nobody that speaks English is online, you may leave a message in the chat form, however it may be better to use the conventional support form in this case, by clicking on the email icon above.
