When Gandi Sends Email Reminders to Renew Your Domain

Reminders to renew your domain name are sent by Gandi according to the following schedule.

• 2 months before the renewal end date (only to the billing contact)

• 1 month before the renewal end date (to the owner, admin, and billing contact)

• 15 days before the renewal end date (to the owner, admin, and billing contact)

• 1 day before the renewal end date (to all contacts)

• The day the domain is deleted at Gandi (to all contacts)

In the event that a domain is managed by a reseller, reminders are sent only to the reseller in charge of the administration of the domain.

For Domains with Extensions Regulated by ICANN

In addition to the above mails the owner contact of the domain receives:

• 1 reminder 1 month prior to expiration

• 1 reminder 7 days prior to expiration

• 1 reminder 1 day after expiration

This also includes domains managed by a reseller.
