My promo code isn't working
If get an error message saying that your PromoCode is invalid, please check that:
- It has not already been used (found on Twitter for example),
- You did not enter it, then go back on your web browser and resubmit,
- You used one promo code for several different product purchases (if you try to use a promo code for an order containing several products, it will not work).
The solution in this case is to cancel your current order from your orders in progress page, and then wait three hours and try again.
