Question "If I didn't have admin@ ?", by Lori J.

I missed this when I asked for a cert for my domain, actually, I'm not sure the restriction was already in place. I received an email to my technical contact address with a link, which I validated. This was at the end of March. More than two weeks later the panel still says 'Order in progress'. How can I fix this? I now created the admin@ account, but is the validation email going to be resent?

My guess is that it won't without you doing something. Gandi's website is pretty good about telling you why an order is still pending. You may be able to get it to resend it if you click on the order and find out if there's anything you can do to move it along.

If this doesn't do you any good, open a support query or email support-en@gandi.net. Gandi support staff aren't likely to see this question here.
