When I click on the 'activate' link all that appears is "SiteMaker - Activation of the website, <name of site>". But this page is a dead end.

That's all the text there is in that box.

Underneath that box is a 'Help' box describing 3 steps that I should presumably now be able to take to design and setup the website. But there appears to be no way to progress any further.

I had been led to expect I would also get an email regarding the creation of the free sitemaker account, but so far I didn't get that either.

What's going on? How do I proceed?

In order to activate your sitemaker website, you need to have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer and browser. If you do not have this, then you will simply see a blank page.

I cannot even find my way round this site it is so hard to use. Selected the free option to explore and get started and keep getting this error and no clear way throught this site on how to even get started!Error:

"You have the option to create a free pack for each domain name registered at Gandi, though you are currently using all the free packs available for you account. To create a new website, you must either delete an existing website or create a new domain name. "

I hope there is somebody to help as I have found this website very hard to understand (the convoluted termanology) is not user firendly like facebook, you can work it all out by trial and error, but this website feels like a void even the basics how to get started are not clearly "bread crumed" to get started!
