Is there a recommended way to place an image at the top of the page, above the main text window? In particular, is there a way to get the toolbar to move out of the way so I can see what I'm getting? Or do I have to guess, save, and then view the site in another browser? Which would be kind of lame, it seems to me.
Also, is there a way to resize the image while preserving its aspect ratio?
