Anyone know how to set aliases domain, because I am using 2 domains on 1 website files ?

You can create a "blank" forward. In the management-section there's a link to forward settings for the domain. Once inthere, create a new forward for the domain, but don't add anything in the subdomain-part. In the second box, add the url of the site you wish to forward to. You might want to add a forward for the subdomain "www" as well, since that's usually what people type. Both of your forwards should have the second website as destination.
In fact - it seems forwards work so good that it's not possible to delete it again once they're created. You can change it to something else, but I'm having problems with forwards that keeps forwarding even after it's deleted in the management-section.
