I'm currently the owner of a GANDI-handle, which is administrative, billing, technical and owner contact of a couple of domains. The same GANDI-handle is used for all four contact types. Logged in to the account, I cannot find the link "convert your account into a 'reseller account'" on the Account tab.
Our Reseller service is restricted to companies, thus you cannot use it if you have been registered as an individial.
However, if you act for a company, you can create for free a reseller account, on this page:
