Hi,

I'm trying to set up my email on Apple Mail and I'd like to use IMAP, but when I am setting it up I get this message:

The IMAP server “imap.custom-media.com” is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the “Incoming Mail Server” field. If it still doesn’t respond, the server might be temporarily unavailable.

If you continue, you may not be able to receive any email.

What should I do?

Hi,

You may have a wrong setting with your DNS. To test that, you should try the IMAP server mail.gandi.net first, and check your settings in Apple Mail Create an IMAP account for Apple Mail .
If it works, check your DNS settings regarding your domain.
If it still fails, you should give further details about your configuration here, or contact the Gandi friendly and efficient support.
