I am also having a problem with my IMAP account. I am having trouble saving drafts and sent messages on the server via IMAP in Mac Mail.
Hi,
In Apple Mail, you should see the default IMAP folders, the same you have with Gandi Webmail (Sent, Drafts, Trash, Spam). They are under your IMAP account with the grey earth logo (click on the arrow to expand the list).
* In the Apple Mail folders tree Draft, Sent, Trash, Junk, move your messages stored locally (leave your mouse over a folder name to see a info box) to the relevant IMAP folder before proceeding, to avoid loosing messages
* Select the Sent folder, and then go to Apple Mail menu Mailbox → Use This Mailbox For ⇒ Sent . Your Sent folder must now be displayed under the Apple Mail mailbox Sent.
* Select the Draft folder, and then go to Apple Mail menu Mailbox → Use This Mailbox For ⇒ Draft . Your Draft folder must now be displayed under the Apple Mail mailbox Draft.
* Do the same for Trash and Spam (named Junk by Apple Mail) folders if you want
If your folders and accounts lists are not updated, quit and relaunch Apple Mail.
NB: For the Trash folder, you may need to go first to Apple Mail Preferences, and in your account, tab Mailbox behaviours, tick Move deleted messages to the Trash mailbox
