This verbiage was in the agreement when I enabled GandiMail:
"Sending e-mails (including newsletters), and/or receiving replies consecutive to e-mails that you have sent, through this service, that would not comply with this limitation, is strictly prohibited."
I understand the limitation on sending no more than 5 emails per minute – that's certainly not a problem. What I don't understand is this language about "receiving replies consecutive to emails that you have sent". The way I'm parsing it right now, it seems that would imply that if someone sent me an email in reply to one I sent, I may not receive it (since it is a "consecutive reply"?).
Could someone clarify this for me?
