It seems to be possible using the reseller API.
The domain.mailbox.responder.activate() and domain.mailbox.responder.deactivate() methods should do the trick.
I'm actually strugling with the date parameter which seems to be not correctly parse by my XML-RCP library (XML-RCP.net).
I'm not sure that it could not be a bug in the Server API code.
