How do I activate/use email client supporting IMAP protocol. What imap server name do I use.

Hi,

You should use the left links of this page, depending on which email client you use:

* Thunderbird Creating an IMAP account for Thunderbird

* Outlook Create an IMAP account for Outlook

* Apple Mail Create an IMAP account for Apple Mail

But if you use another client, you can use the same general settings.
The IMAP server is mail.gandi.net. Go to Troubleshooting Gandi Mail if you need more details to solve your problem.
