I've created more virtual hosts on my server during last year.
Today, i connected to the gandi AI interface and i can't see any of these virtual hosts, even if i can see my sites in the web browser.
i checked by shell, and all is fine with configuration, simply they disappeared from gandi AI interface.
As a matter of fact, is like the interface got a reset…also my all ftp users disappeared… is this a problem temporary from gandi?

Yes, exactly, it is a screen/display problem. The changes are NOT lost on the VPS itself.
The solution for now before the tech team fix is to export the XML configuration, to add your vhost and ftp user, then to reimport the XML configuration with the changes.
Validate it.
