I just setup the following wiki…
MediaWiki 1.17.0 PHP 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.9.1 (apache2handler) MySQL 5.1.41-3ubuntu12.10
When I try to get the email addresses authenticated I get this error. I can't find anything on the web about the error and I have never ran into it before. What am I missing in the server setup to allow special characters??
