Question "Renewing Share", by Suz P.

I thought I was renewing my share that I signed up for for a free trial, and when I did that, it showed in my management section that i had 1 free trial share expiring on 23/8/09 and 1 new share expiring on 13/9/09.

I don't want an additional share. I just want my 1 share to automatically renew on 23/8/09. Is there something I am doing wrong? Do I need to wait until it expires to renew it?

Hello,

Trial shares cannot be renewed. When your trial share expires, our system will automatically use the resources of the new share you have purchased to allow the server to stay up and running.

You then just need to be sure that you renew your share every month or use our auto-renewal system to keep the share renewed. Here is a link that explains how auto-renewal works
