If your domain name is registered with Gandi, please start by checking that the domain is using Gandi's DNS :

• a.dns.gandi.net
• b.dns.gandi.net
• c.dns.gandi.net

If it is not the case, you will need to change the domain's DNS in favor of Gandi's DNS.

Handle :

Please make sure the handle on which the server is installed is at least the administrative and/or technical contact of the concerned domain name. If this is not the cas, you will need to proceed with a contact change to make it so.

Attach the domain name to the server :

Please access the management page of the domain name you wish to link to your server and use the "Hosting: Attach" function, in the "Technical settings" section, "Web" column.

You will then need to select the corresponding server in the list and check the set the appropriate options for your settings. If you do not know which options to select, leave the options checked by default.

Once the server is selected and the options set, use the "Submit" button.

If your domain name is not registered with Gandi, you will need to contact your registrar and request that the zonefile of the domain name be modified by adding the following records :

• @ 10800 IN A [IP address of your server]
• * 10800 IN A [IP address of your server]
