If you've chosen this installation mode, PhpMyAdmin is already installed on your server.
All you need to do is type "/phpmyadmin" at the end of your website's URL to reach the application.
For instance, if your URL is www.website.com, you would want:
www.website.com/phpmyadmin
By default, the identifier to use is "admin" and the password is the one that was specified during the server's creation.
During the server's creation in custome mode, you can choose the modules you want to install.
All you need to do is select "PhpMyAdmin" among the available applications.
Once the server has been created (and the virtual host defined), all you will need to do is type "/phpmyadmin" at the end of your website's URL to reach the application:
www.siteweb.com/phpmyadmin
By default, the identifier to use is "admin" and the password is the one that was specified during the server's creation.
Note:
In both cases, this implies that you have pointed your domain to your server.
