Hello,
I recently installed Apache2 using GANDI-AI. Yesterday I received my SSL-certificate and now I want to install it. Which steps should be taken? I believe I need to have root access but where do I find the root paswoord?

In Gandi-AI you don't have root access - but I don't know either how to use an SSL-Certificate with Gandi-AI. There has to be some other way.
