hello i've forgotten my server user for login in server via putty user@ip-address actually i forgot user id and how to recover that help me soon as possible

Hello,

In Gandi AI mode, you don't have root access on your server.

So, if you want to recover your UNIX accounts, you just have to modify those accounts directly from your Gandi control panel, and configure your server again.

This is the only way to recover your UNIX accounts in Gandi AI mode.
