We have paid for a month of service and still do not have the benefit of the "ten minute" host setup due to inability to create the server. (On a side note, I have set up VPSes in less thsn ten minutes at RapdVPS and other hosting sites, and our squid proxy installed and configured within half an hour.)

What is a valid user account name?
What will the root password be?
