Question "Why not listed as tech for domain?", by Robert L.

I have a domain registered with Gandi, but for some reason I don't have technical rights for the domain, so I can't change the DNS. Do you know how I would update my rights to this domain?

Answer, by Michael M. (Gandi)

You will need to log into the correct handle to make the changes to your domain.

To see what Gandi handles are connected to a domain name, you can simply perform a whois lookup: http://www.gandi.net/whois

If you have forgotten the password for your account, simply use the form on the following page of our website: https://www.gandi.net/login/lost

You will then be led through a process whereby you will be able to reset the password associated with your Gandi handle. For security purposes, we cannot send the password itself by email, as it might technically be intercepted that way.
