Question "owner e-mail address became invalid", by .

The e-mail address of the domain owner has changed in time and is no longer available. What is the exact procedure to change the e-mail address into a valid one?

Updating your information, such as address, phone number, e-mail, etc. is simple. You may do so directly on our website from your Gandi handle administration page: https://www.gandi.net/admin/domain/update/contact

You can find this in Manage → Account → Update Your Personal Information.

The changes are then updated immediately.

If you cannot log into your handle and you do not have access to the e-mail address associated with your Gandi handle, then you will need to send us the e-mail change form, accompanied by the necessary proofs of ID as indicated on the form. You can download the form from our website here: https://www.gandi.net/static/docs/en/chgt-email-en.pdf The form must be faxed or mailed to Gandi. By French law, we are not allowed to accept these types of forms by email. The fax number and mailing address of Gandi are at the bottom of the form, as well as below:
