Question "generic error (code is 2097)", by jory b.

i am attempting to change the ownership of 3 domains from one gandi handle to another.

two of them (a .com and a .net if that matters) were fine but the third (a .org) fails after both the old and new owner have approved the transfer.

the error given is: "generic error (code is 2097)"

the transaction ID is: 7194823/1

i tried to "relaunch" the transfer and it failed again with the same error.

i am uncertain what this means or how to proceed. any help greatly appreciated.
