Transfer is a quite long process, I'm now making a transfer for a domain and I would like to know about the DNS management while transfer is processing.
Is the domain using the previous DNS until transfer is completely finished and until I change it by my self in Gandi's web interface (I wish it works this way, as we can not support any disruption for this domain).
When you proceed with a transfer, the DNS do not change. They remain the DNS that were in place prior to the transfer, and once at Gandi you can change the DNS as you wish. To ease your concern, this means that the transfer process in itself will not result in an interruption of your web services.
