What if you cannot tell if the auth key is using L in lower case versue I in upper case and the thing refuses to allow a transfer - how do you get a readable ????? Auth Key that can be easily entered into the other registrar and Gandi release the domain ?????
This transfer Auth key crap makes it a pain !!
You should be able to select and copy the Auth Code and paste it into the field at the other registrar. Without the domain to go by, though, I cannot give any more help at this time.
