Hi,
Some people have no control over their email signatures. My work email, for example, adds a signature (and an unpleasantly threatening one about private content and misuse) to all my emails. I cannot stop them from doing this. So how can people reply to confirm site transfers (or whatever) with no signature?
This is one of the reasons we have upgraded Gandi so that you click links sent in an email instead of replying to the email itself.
