Gandi Docs

Hi,

I have a domain registered with gandi. I am trying to transfer it to another registrar. I have disabled the transfer lock and given the authorization key to the new registrar. However they say they're still waiting on gandi to do the transfer to them.

I thought gandi send a confirmation email for this, however I've not heard anything from them. Is there anything else I need to do?
