Dear All,
I have been a GANDI customer for several years. Yesterday it was my last day to be able to renew my domain as I usually do every year. When I tried it, I got a message saying that I couldnt do it automatically and that I should contact them. Then I was sending tickets to the support office (3) and I did NOT get any support.
Today in the morning I have received an email informing me that my domain has been canceled. I am really upset with GANDI because I was trying several times to renew it and neither I got any answer to my tickets to the support office.
I am still waiting for the response from the Support Office. Hope it arrives soon!
