Is it possible for someone to use PayPal to donate money to my gandi.net account?
Are their any other ways people could directly donate to pay the renewal costs for a domain registered with gandi.net?
There is currently no way for someone else to donate money to your prepaid account.
However, you can renew the domain name using any handle. It is not necessary to renew with a handle that is associated with a domain name.
You may proceed with the renewal process by using the form on the following page: http://www.gandi.net/domain/renew/search/
Note that the invoice will be made in the name of the handle that you are logged in with.
Thus, anyone with a Gandi handle can renew any domain they wish to.
