I placed an order for a domain name less than 4 weeks ago and opted to pay with my prepaid account.
Due to insufficient funds at the time of order, I've now credited my prepaid account and discovered that the domain name has now been registered by someone else.
I strongly suspect that this is no 'coincidence'.
Any advice how to deal with this matter will be much appreciated. Thank you.
