I can only see these options for Technical Settings:

I do NOT see 'Manage DNS zone file' - Is my account limited? Or does it need updating?

You are using DNSs that are external to Gandi, so you cannot manage at Gandi a Zone file that is outside of Gandi; you have to do it at the server that holds you DNS entries (ns0.xxxxx.com)
You will see the 'Manage DNS zone file' button only when you are using Gandi's DNSs, as far as I understand.
