the gandi.net communities
Now I've transferred my domain to Gandi, it can only be found when prefixed by www. I've pointed the 'A record' to the ip address of the server, and am using the a, b, and c .dns.gandi.net DNS servers. Why does my domain not work without the www prefix (ie ping my-domain.net)?
SOLVED I was missing the @ A record. I had www A 1.2.3.4 but was missing @ A 1.2.3.4.
