Using another web host's DNS
answered

Question "managing the primary DNS server", by Alessandro R.

I have the primary DNS for my domain and I'm changing IP address. The old IP has

another name too (ar.linux.it) so I marked that name as primary server. Now I have no other name, and I would like to enter the IP address (213.203.150.91) but it is refused.

Shall I use "mail2.gnudd.com" as primary for gnudd.com? Isn't there a bootstrap problem in resolving queries for gnudd.com?

thanks

Update (solved)

I finally tried to use mail2.gnudd.com as primary for gnudd.com and I had to enter the IP address manually. It works great.
