Question "DNS Change Problem", by Airton Carlos N.

Hi, I'm trying to change the DNS information to my host infos. The currently infos are from Gandi's DNS and I want to transfer to ns1.digitalstorage.com.br and ns2.digitalstorage.com.br. I make the steps descripted here http://wiki.gandi.net/en/domains/management/domain-web-hosting but when I click on the activate button nothing happens. So the DNS adress return to the Gandi default values.

Thanks.

PS: my domain has a .me extension

**UPDATED**

I'm using the Firefox to upgrade the DNS's, so this is the problem, the system only works with the IE.

Thanks for the "quickly" answer Gandi. ¬¬

Follow-up, by Robert T.

I'm glad I found this… I am going to try and hope it works, but this little bit of info should be published on the how to page since FF is such a popular browser.

Follow-up, by Michael M. (Gandi)

The Gandi interface works on all modern web browsers, including IE, FireFox, Chrome, etc.

Follow-up, by Jean L.

I had the same problem with Firefox, until I restarted it in safe mode. I am not being redirected to the first configuration page and the change seems to be effective.

So I would say it is more of a plugin/theme/configuration/end user issue than a proper Firefox/Gandi issue. Still, quite annoying …

As a side note, I found this page after waiting 48h for an answer from customer support …
