Using another web host's DNS

I have a web address which I started with Mr Site - www.karensmystictreasures.co.uk - I have paid them £15 to transfer to Gandi (which is now showing in my Gandi account as transferred) so I can use it for a site I am building in Moonfruit, currently named www.karensmystictreasures.kk5.org. How do I match the co.uk to my kk5.org?
