I was charged $15 USD for each domain which I needed to the change ownership of to be in my new name.
It said NO WHERE that I must confirm within 2 weeks and now says that the confirmation has expired yet I was STILL CHARGED a total of US $45 yet the domains were never transferred to ownership under my correct name! I request that the Ownership Change Confirmation be re-opened and that in the future the website directions/emails should state that there is a 2-week window for confirmation. Please respond as soon as possible.
