I am now getting this error again and again whenever i try to use a promo code.

One of my orders got canceled, transaction id-5591237.

Already mailed support but no response yet. Please guys this is time sensitive.

Plus i was thinking of using a vcc to purchase a few domains, but if orders keep getting canceled, then my vcc will become useless and my money will go waste as vcc's are for one time use only.

Please help me out as soon as possible.

I also received 10 promo codes and a full 6 of them do not work. I get the error that they are invalid codes. DId GANDI let soemone brute force our codes? I have not heard back from GANDI after 30+ hours since I filed a support ticket. I hope this gets resolved. I live in Hawaii and was up at 2 and 3 and 4 in the morning to be able to get my codes. So it was actually a dent in my schedule and work output. Now they are due to expire soon and I cannot make use of them. Please get us sorted out GANDI. Thanks, Jesse
