Hello, I would like to transfer my newly register domain to another hosting. I read FAQs but it's still not clear to me. Do I have to wait for 60 days? Can I just point new DNS settings?

You are correct. You do not need to transfer your domain away from Gandi to change hosting. Please follow this tutorial on how to change your DNS servers: http://wiki.gandi.net/en/domains/management/domain-web-hosting
If you actually did want to transfer to a new registrar, you will need to wait the 60 days before you can begin the transfer.
