Q:
How can I ensure that the management and ownership of domains owned by me is transferred as per my wishes, upon my death?
I use my domains for non-commercial purposes (personal email, personal websites or weblogs), and all belong to different TLDs. I do not know what the legal ramifications of this are, but it would be nice if GANDI had something in place for this sort of situation (i.e. owner's death).
A: I manage thousands of domains. I think the simplest thing is to stop in a safe place (eg a locked box in a bank) users and passwords. I think it's very simple. Getting administrative procedures can be really complex and painful for your heirs. Life is as simple as we want.
