Dear all,
the billing options *are* confusing on the admin pages. I have now clicked through the same loop 4 time trying to figure out how to be billed mothly in advance for my prepaid account in advance. I am still not sure I have managed to do so, even if it is possible. Here's a few things I noticed:
-The account billing page's links are the headings; the first heading on the page is not a link, but the rest are. Not intuitive.
-The billing page section is structured like a wiki, with the actual options at the leaf pages.
-The Prepaid Options contain this checkbox: "Activate monthly invoicing for all of my purchases": This is very ambiguous, as I was looking for a monthly recurring billing of all my invoices.
Conclusion: You should consider redesigning the billing pages with proper menus and sections, with links out to all settings that affect the invoicing method, such as automatic renewal of shares, etc.
My guess is that the majority of (single-person company) customers do want to set up their account for monthly recurring invoicing, all costs in one invoice, and keep their shares renewing. This should be easier.
We have just changed the structure of our billing section. Please have a look again, as it is much clearer.
