Do the rest of you find Gandi's administration web pages baffling? You hit the button for Biiling in the Wiki and it tells you the size of the JPG… I always end up going round and round coming back to the same (useless) pages.
An example, I want to have Gandi charge me automatically monthly against my credit card and send me an email as an invoice. I Finally found something under "Prepayment" that says "Monthly Invoice"… Ok. I did that but the new invoice doesn't even appear… much less as paid.
I left unsure if they are just going to send me the email or if they'll eventually get around to charging my credit card or if I need to do something else…
And everything is badly translates… like here below. "Save your question". It's not a question and I want to POST it not save it!

Thanks for your feedback on the wiki page, I have added some text to clarify it.
As a reminder, this wiki is Gandi's online documentation, and not your secure management interface (so if you click on screenshots in the wiki, you'll just see more information on the image - this is how wikis work). To manage your account and products, you will need to log in with your gandi handle and password at https://www.gandi.net/login/ for example.
This is also why there is no 'post' option. This is a wiki, where you can save questions, it is not the support contact form, where you can submit your questions. To contact our support please use the form at https://www.gandi.net/faq/form_contact_support/
