Editing the amount and clicking on "credit card" does not work (July 10th, 2011). If I change the amount it says "you cannot change the amount to be credited to your prepaid account. Please cancel this request and try again".
What you describe can occur if you use the 'back' option on your browser and try to edit the amount. This is caused by the data that your browser is trying to repost - it is indeed not possible to change it in this way. If you encounter this bug, simply clear the cache of your browser and try again.
