I tried to credit my pre-paid account for 200 euros and got the message: "you cannot change the amount to be credited to your prepaid account. Please cancel this request and try again".
What is happening? We used to be able to edit the amount. If I have to add this sum 15 euros by 15 euros it is going to be tedious and Gandi is going to have to pay more bank charges.

The problem you have is due to your browser's cache. You must have used the back button on your browser during the process, and restarted. It is therefore seeing two different values. Please clear your cache and try again.
