In addition to configuring your email client for reading and sending email from your computer, you can also read your emails online using one of the webmail platforms we provide:

• RoundCube (we recommend you use only this interface. All other webmail interfaces are now deprecated and will not be supported)
• GandiMail is an older webmail interface. (We do not recommend you use this, as it will be phased out in favor of Roundcube.)

There is nothing to configure or install, however you need to be sure that your domain is using our MX records.

Simply go to https://webmail.eu.com to login to your webmail at Gand.

For Roundcube (https://webmail.eu.com), your username is the full email address of the email mailbox that you want to use. The password is the one that you specified for that mailbox in your GandiMail mailbox management page.

For GandiMail webmail, provide the the full email address of the email mailbox that you want to use where it says "Email". The password is the one that you specified for that mailbox in your GandiMail mailbox management page.

If you get an error message saying that you cannot connect, please verify your password, and we recommend resetting it from your Gandimail mailbox management page.

Also, please verify that your Gandimail Pack has not expired, as this will create the same error message. You can see this from your domain's control panel in this section:

If you see that your have more mailboxes than available (for example, if the top line says something like "Mailboxes 13/5", then click on "Add more mailboxes" to correct this.
