The creation of your account must be renewed each month. To remind you, e-mails are sent to you:

• 15 days before expiration,
• 7 days before expiration,
• 1 day before expiration,
• the day of expiration

If you would like to renew your hosting account, here is how it may be done:

In the "Manage" section of Gandi's website, click on "Servers". In the section "Shares Administration" click on the link that says "Renew your hosting account" :

Read and agree to the "General terms and conditions" and the "Hosting terms and conditions" and click on "Submit".

Verify that your prepaid account has enough funds, and if it is the case, enter your Gandi handle password where prompted and click on "Submit" to continue.

To avoid this procedure, you can simply activate the automatic renewal of your account by clicking on "Manage your resources" from the "Resources available" section of the "Server overview" page :

Simply click on the red-circled icon (see picture above) to enable/disable the auto-renewal of your account. You will just need to make sure your prepaid account is sufficiently credited to cover the cost of renewals.
