If you would like to renew your hosting account, here is how it may be done:
In the "Manage" section of Gandi's website, click on "Servers". In the section "Shares Administration" click on the link that says "Renew your hosting account" :
Note:
If you activated automatic renewal, you will receive an e-mail the day before your account is automatically renewed, inviting you to verify that your prepaid account has enough credit to pay for the renewal order.Read and agree to the "General terms and conditions" and the "Hosting terms and conditions" and click on "Submit".
Verify that your prepaid account has enough funds, and if it is the case, enter your Gandi handle password where prompted and click on "Submit" to continue.
To avoid this procedure, you can simply activate the automatic renewal of your account by clicking on "Manage your resources" from the "Resources available" section of the "Server overview" page :
Simply click on the red-circled icon (see picture above) to enable/disable the auto-renewal of your account. You will just need to make sure your prepaid account is sufficiently credited to cover the cost of renewals.
Warning:
In the event that your account is not renewed, your servers will be stopped and you will loose access for 7 days. Following this period, if your account is not renewed, the servers and all the data in the disks of your account will be permanently deleted and can not be recovered.
