RAM quota corresponds to the total amount of RAM that is used by your VPS and available in your hosting account.
The RAM memory allows the VPS to run more processes/services simultaneously. You have to increase this parameter if you want to get more simultaneous connections to your web server for example.
The maximum amount of RAM that you can allocate to a VPS is 12GB.
In order to decrease the use of memory for the pagination, you have to define the maximum quantity that you will use on a VPS.
More you increase this value, more the pagination will take a bigger part on the RAM amount of the VPS.
Important:
Changing the RAM limit of a VPS will reboot the virtual server.Tip:
We suggest that you use a 64-bit distribution if you use more than 4GB of RAM memory. Now, you may consult this link to add or release RAM on/from your VPS.
