A CPU core allows you to modify the computing power of a VPS. You can use this parameter to speed up the computing of the tasks on your virtual server.
Each resource share contains 0.25 CPU core and the right to create a VPS, this right includes 0.75 CPU core.
One share will allow you to create a one core VPS, 5 shares will provide you 2 cores : 0.75 + 5 x 0.25 = 2 cores.
From the resources management page, you will have the possibility to subscribe to optinal CPU cores to increase your VPS power without subscribing to complete shares.
You may add up to 6 CPU cores on a VPS.
