This mode of managing your Gandi server is reserved for experienced server administrators.
After you have created a server, you may begin managing your server by logging into it via ssh.
For security reasons, we have disabled login with the 'root' username. Therefore, you must log into your server using the login ID that you chose during the creation of your server.
For example if you chose the Login ID of "master" then you would log into your server as:
ssh master@123.123.123.123
Where 123.123.123.123 is replaced with your own IP Address.
Once you have logged into your server, you may switch to root using su.
Note:
Gandi Support does not have access to your root password. If you loose your root password, you will not be able to recover it. It will be necessary to create a new server.
