It is possible to change the owner of a .eu domain as well as the registrar. This is called a trade. More on this here. The below process is for just a transfer of a .eu domain to Gandi.
1. Launch the transfer on Gandi's website
2. Eurid will then send an email to the domain's owner directly. In this confirmation email there is a link to a special interface on Eurid's website where the owner can confirm the transfer.
Important:
The owner has 14 days to confirm the transfer.If for some reason you are unable to confirm the emails from EURID (did not find them, having problems with the interface etc.) it is possible to confirm the trade by FAX.
To do this, just send a fax to EURID at +32.24012752 in which you confirm that you want to transfer the domain name to registrar "GANDI". Being sure that the fax is signed.
